Pohang Mulhoe

Pohang Mulhoe is a mulhoe restaurant in Gangneung that serves Pohang-style mixed-fish mulhoe and sea squirt mulhoe. The mulhoe here is eaten by mixing raw fish and vegetables with a house-made sauce. The mulhoe, made with seasonal fish and vegetables, comes with a choice of somyeon or rice, along with freshly fried gaji twigim and miyeokguk. The plum-based broth is strongly sweet and tastes like fruit juice.
