Onjeongdang

Onjeongdang is a Korean restaurant in Gangneung serving jangkalguksu, mulmakguksu, and naengsamgyeopsal (pork belly). The jangkalguksu uses a spicy soybean-paste broth, while the mulmakguksu comes in dongchimi broth topped with radish, cucumber, and seaweed flakes. Takeout and group dining are available, and advance-order reservations are accepted. Naengsamgyeopsal requires a reservation one hour in advance.
