Ihwa Guksu

Ihwa Guksu is a noodle shop inside Gangneung's traditional market. It serves jang kalguksu, son kalguksu, and bibim guksu, and the jang kalguksu pairs a light, not-salty broth with thick, rough-cut noodles. Even when a line forms, seats turn over quickly, and payment is accepted only in cash or by bank transfer. The gimbap portions are on the small side.
