Hwangto Mulhoe

Hwangto Mulhoe is a mulhoe restaurant at Sacheonhang in Gangneung. Its mulhoe contains flounder, abalone and flatfish, and comes with somyeon and gonggibap, with sea urchin miyeokguk also sold. You can eat on the second floor while looking at the sea, and park in front of the store or on the sea side. The flatfish hoe is served as sekkosi, so you have to ask for it to be left out if you do not want it.
