Hwanggane Hamheung Naengmyeon is a naengmyeon restaurant in Gangneung. It serves mul naengmyeon, bibim naengmyeon and hoe naengmyeon, and prepares the meat topping using only arongsatae. Last orders are taken until 8:30 p.m., so you can eat late, and wangmandu and suyuk are sold as well. The amount of broth is a little disappointing.
