Hoepocha The 30 is a raw fish bar near Jumunjin in Gangneung. The base order is assorted hoe, with a choice of hoemuchim, grilled fish, maeuntang, or mulhoe on the side. It opens at 5 p.m., and on weekdays at 6 p.m. the seats are full, so there can be a wait; takeout and delivery are also available. The shop sits in an alley, not in front of the sea.
