Hansin Hoe Center

Hansin Hoesenteo is the largest vendor in the basement raw fish center of Gangneung Jungang Market, selling takeout hoe and mulhoe made with flounder, rockfish (ureok), and fresh squid. It offers sets of flounder, rockfish (ureok), and fresh squid, as well as mulhoe sets, and the hoe is cut thick to keep a chewy texture. Orders are sliced on the spot, and on weekends tourists crowd in and wait in line. The containers hold only the hoe without cheonsachae, so the portions look small.
