Haemaru

Haemaru is a raw fish restaurant in Gangneung, in front of Namhangjin Beach. The assorted hoe platter comes with mulhoe, stir-fried udon, sea snail muchim, and tonkatsu. There are about five table seats and four floor seats, and the hoe changes by season between flounder, rockfish, and sea bream. The mulhoe tastes weaker than expected.
