Gyodong Jang Kalguksu

Gyodong Jang Kalguksu is a jang kalguksu restaurant in Gyodong, Gangneung. Its jang kalguksu is boiled with hwangtae broth and gochujang, contains mushrooms, scallions, pumpkin and potato, and the spice level can be adjusted. It opens at 7 a.m. and also sells crispy buchu-jeon made with 90 percent buchu. When customers crowd in, orders are missed and food comes out 20 to 30 minutes late.
