Gobchangjib

Gopchang is a pork intestine grill in Jungang-dong, Gangneung, on Yulgok-ro. The intestines are grilled with the contents left inside, the way beef gopchang is prepared, which is why the dish is also called wifi gopchang. The restaurant has been in Gangneung for a long time and offers takeout. No rice is served, so the meal is gopchang alone.
