Gamja Yuwonji

Gamja Yuwonji is a second-floor restaurant near Gangneung Jungang Market and Homeplus that serves memil gimbap, pork jowl potato sotbap, and potato-eye curry udon, all built around potato. The menu also includes popanudeul, a jang kalguksu, and potato soup. It opens at 11 a.m., and on weekends waits can run from about 30 minutes to over 1 hour 30 minutes, with the first-floor Gamja Dabang and a potato goods shop available for waiting. There is no parking, so visitors use alley parking or a public lot.
