초시막국수

Chosi Makguksu is a noodle restaurant in Yeongok-myeon, Gangneung. It serves mul makguksu, bibim makguksu, and suyuk, with broth poured over the mul makguksu. The restaurant has continued across three generations for more than 30 years and has been listed in Blue Ribbon several times. Its noodles are slightly chewy and do not break off easily.
