Chodang Buil Son Kalguksu

Chodang Buil Son Kalguksu is a handmade knife-cut noodle shop in Chodang-dong, Gangneung. It serves sondubu kalguksu and jang kalguksu, and its gamjajeon comes out large and thick. After the meal, rice is stir-fried for free, with the grains kept intact rather than mashed. The jang kalguksu is not spicy, so it can taste bland.
