Cheonghaewon

Cheonghaewon is an old Chinese restaurant in Okcheon-dong, Gangneung. It serves old-style jjajangmyeon and tangsuyuk. The jjajangmyeon is clean-tasting, and the tangsuyuk comes out with a well-applied batter. There are not many seats, so groups have trouble sitting.
