Byeoljubu Hoetjip

Byeoljubu Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant in the underground fish market of Gangneung Jungang Market, selling flounder, yellowtail, snow crab, and mulhoe. It offers sets of snow crab with flounder and squid hoe, as well as mulhoe sets, and takeout of hoe is available. The mulhoe set is stated to take about 30 minutes, but can take over 40 minutes. The portions of hoe, snow crab, and seafood are small, and a table setting fee is charged separately.
