Busan Sikdang

Busan Sikdang is a somyeori gukbap restaurant in Gangneung Jungang Market. Its signature dish is somyeori gukbap, made with clear broth boiled in a large cauldron and served with large scallions and offal, and it also serves dak gukbap and somyeori suyuk. The broth is clean with no gamey smell, and the dak gukbap contains a lot of chicken even without an extra order. The kimchi is sweet, which is divisive.
