Busan Cheonyeo Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant in front of Gyeongpo Beach in Gangneung. It serves assorted hoe (raw fish platter) and daege together, and also sells mulhoe and hoedeopbap. A two-person set lets you order hoe and daege, with maeuntang (spicy fish stew) included. The portions are small for the price.
