Beoljip

Beoljip is a jang kalguksu restaurant in Gangneung. It serves only jang kalguksu, knife-cut noodles in a gochujang-based broth, with kimchi and kkakdugi on the side. Customers sit where they are directed and wait for their food. A visit at 10:50 a.m. meant a 20-minute line and food arriving 10 to 15 minutes later, while weekend lunch waits run up to an hour.
