Aradam Hoejip

Aradam Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant near Anmok Beach in Gangneung. Live-fish hoe is sliced to order and served with a seafood-focused skidashi and maeuntang (spicy fish stew). Meals are served at full-length windows overlooking the sea, and the hoe is cut thick for a chewy texture. The dining room is clean and the ingredients are fresh.
