Kinjo is a Japanese restaurant in Gyodong, Gangneung, near Gyodong Jjamppong and Gyodong Banjeom, serving ramen and rice bowls. Its signature dish is hormone ramen, made with chicken broth, daechang (beef large intestine), and spicy red chili, and the spice level can be adjusted. Free rice is available for those who find the spicy broth overwhelming, and tables fill quickly enough to create a wait. There is no dedicated parking lot, and parking in the surrounding alleys is difficult.
