Tongdwaeji Duruchigi Kimchi Jjigae is a restaurant in Seoul that serves kimchi stew, duruchigi, and samgyeopsal (pork belly). The kimchi and meat arrive already cut, so you only need to boil them, and minari samgyeopsal can also be ordered. A bowl of rice comes with unlimited refills, ramen noodles are added separately, and unseasoned seaweed and soy sauce are served as side dishes. The broth of the kimchi stew is on the strongly sour side.
