Sushido

Sushido is a reservation-only sushi omakase restaurant in Ilwon-dong, Seoul. It serves aged hoe sushi and sushi topped with yellowtail and yuzu, with fruit sushi as its signature. The chef explains each piece's cut and how to eat it, and reservations are taken through CatchTable. Corkage is free, so guests can bring their own alcohol.
