Sujiok

Sujiok is a seolleongtang restaurant near Maebong Station in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, serving suji seolleongtang, suji tang, and assorted suyuk. The milky broth comes with meat and suji, accompanied by kkakdugi, geotjeori, myeongnanjeot, and wasabi. From July 20, the first of the boknal days, a seolleongtang with a large chicken leg is available for one month. One person handles both the kitchen and the floor, so food comes out slowly.
