Shinsarang

Sinsarang is a restaurant on Garosu-gil in Sinsa-dong, Seoul, that serves Japanese-style rice bowls. The mackerel rice bowl pairs sweet, tender mackerel with seasoned rice, and the salmon rice bowl is made with sesame oil and seaweed. The interior has about five tables, so there can be a wait at weekday lunch, and takeout is packed as well as food eaten in the store. The number of seats is small.
