Seoryeong Cheongdam

Seoryeong Cheongdam is a Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves Pyongyang naengmyeon, bibim naengmyeon, and mandu. It sits in front of Exit 14 of Cheongdam Station. The myeonjang, who has made noodles since his days at Hongcheon Makguksu, pulls the buckwheat noodles by hand and prepares a broth infused with meat flavor. The myeonjang manages the food himself in the kitchen, and dishes come out at a slow pace.
