Sambari is a seafood restaurant in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, near Sinsa Station, serving grilled shellfish and steamed shellfish. It grills san-nakji after coating it in seasoning over charcoal, which adds a charred flavor and a chewy texture. The space has the feel of an indoor pojangmacha, where grilled shellfish and shellfish soup are eaten as anju. Many of the customers are young, so the room tends to be loud.
