Daetongnyeong Samgyeopsal Sinnonhyeon Station Branch is a Korean barbecue restaurant near Sinnonhyeon Station in Gangnam, Seoul, serving aged samgyeopsal (pork belly) grilled over an initial pass of bamboo smoke. The thick samgyeopsal is scored before grilling and eaten with a herring roe sauce. Staff grill the meat from start to finish and control the heat themselves. On weekday evenings, empty seats are hard to find.
