Poije Myeonso

Poije Myeonso is an udon and tonkatsu shop in Gaepo-dong, Seoul. It makes its own noodles, which are thick and chewy, and serves them in a katsuobushi-scented broth as bukkake udon and nikku udon set meals. After taking a waiting number, customers can sit in the space behind the store to wait, and water and napkins are self-serve. The udon portions can feel small.
