Naega Guksuda

Naega Guksuda is a kalguksu restaurant in Segok-dong, Seoul, serving noodles, mandu and mung bean pancakes. The deulkkae kalguksu is nutty, the bajirak kalguksu comes with large clams in a cool broth, and the bibim guksu is dressed with a spicy sauce. The noodles are pulled by hand, giving them a chewy texture, and the bajirak kalguksu broth is spicy and cool. Parking is hard to find during busy hours.
