Moya

Moya is a snack shop in the underground shopping arcade of the Gangnam Express Bus Terminal in Gangnam, Seoul, near exit G1 at the end of the restaurant row. It serves noodles, mandu, and donkatsu, and the Moya noodles come with chewy noodles, an anchovy-based broth, and a zucchini stir-fry garnish, while the mandu are handmade. Lines form from the morning, and customers also order kimchi spicy mandu soup, chewy noodles, and fried mandu. The shop is small, so the tables and chairs are uncomfortable and it is hard to sit for long.
