Mibundang

Mibundang Gangnam serves Vietnamese pho with chadol, yangji, and himjul at a spot in the back alleys behind Sinnonhyeon Station. Noodles, bean sprouts, and meat come separated so you can mix them with three sauces or eat them with the broth. You buy a ticket at the kiosk by the entrance, then sit at bar seats around the kitchen, and with one menu per person you can get extra noodles, sprouts, and broth. Seats are close together and talking loudly is difficult.
