Mentsuru Sinsa is a ramen shop near Garosu-gil in Sinsa-dong and Sinsa Station in Seoul. It serves black shoyu ramen, abura soba, and motsu ramen, and the broth salt level can be adjusted before cooking. On weekday evenings there is a wait, but food comes out quickly after ordering. The shop is small.
