Lye

Riae is a Japanese tonkatsu restaurant in Gaepo-dong Gumaeul, near Guryong Station in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. It serves aged pork cutlets, frying three-times-aged tenderloin and sirloin so the outside is crisp and the inside stays moist, and also sells fried shrimp and curry. Lines form even on weekdays, and in winter the wait to eat runs about 20 minutes. The restaurant has a baby chair, and prices are on the high side.
