Kushiru

Kushiru is a fried skewer omakase restaurant near Nonhyeon Station in Seoul. It serves kushi of fried vegetables and meat, along with sake and whisky. Seating is a counter of about six seats and roughly two tables, and reservations must be made by phone before opening. Reservations are difficult to get, and the phone is not answered once service begins.
