Koshi

Koshi is a Japanese restaurant in Dogok-dong, near Maebong Station in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, serving udon and tonkatsu. Its signature dish is tenbukkake udon, made with house-made noodles. The noodles are chewy, and the tenbukkake udon comes topped with fried shrimp. The restaurant has an open kitchen and seats for solo diners, and the tonkatsu is served with three kinds of sauce.
