Katsu Ieum

Katsuieum is a tonkatsu restaurant near Gangnam Station in Seoul that serves rosu katsu, hire katsu, and menchi katsu. The deungsim and cheese katsu have thick meat, a crisp fried coating, and large portions. At lunch, waits run 10 to 15 minutes, and the seats are full even at 11:25 a.m., though tables turn over quickly. The udon and soba are less accomplished than the katsu.
