Hwaju Yojeong

Hwaju Yojeong is a restaurant near Apgujeong Rodeo Station in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, serving duck roast and duck jumulleok. The roast is mild and nutty, while the jumulleok comes coated in a sweet-and-spicy marinade. Tent seating opens in the middle to create outdoor seating, and guests grill the meat themselves on oil-coated cast-iron pans, taking refills of side dishes from a self-service bar. The space is large and also has outdoor seats.
