Hinokatsu

Hinokatsu is a tonkatsu restaurant in the Yangjae and Maebong area of Seoul, serving loin, tenderloin, cheese katsu, and anago katsu. Orders come with rice, doenjang soup, cabbage salad, and radish pickles, and the loin and tenderloin can be ordered half and half or with salt, wasabi, garlic, tonkatsu sauce, and curry sauce. The anago katsu requires arriving at the 11 a.m. opening, and there are not many tables, so a wait forms during lunch hours.
