Hatsunosushi

Hatsunosushi is Chef Kouji's conveyor-belt sushi shop in the food court of Galleria Department Store in Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam, Seoul. The menu lets you order yuzu horse mackerel, yellowtail, monkfish liver sushi, and gamtae huto maki directly from the menu board. On a Friday around 1 p.m. there was no wait to get in, but almost no seats were empty. Because it is inside Galleria Department Store, prices are on the high side.
