Hachitachi

Hachitachi is a brunch restaurant in Irwon-dong, Seoul, serving carbonara and shakshuka. The operator, a former hotel chef in Canada, also serves basil lasagna and French toast. It is open from 10 AM to 6 PM, closed on Tuesdays, and takes reservations only for parties of four or more. Without arriving at opening, the wait is about an hour, and the restaurant sometimes closes early when ingredients run out.
