Gwanghwamun Gukbap Dogok is a Korean restaurant in Dogok, Seoul, serving pork gukbap with a clear, light broth and naengmyeon. The pork gukbap comes with thinly sliced pork and mild basic side dishes, and the broth brings to mind dakgomtang or a clean samgyetang. It stays open late and a few cars can park directly in front of the store, and side dishes are refilled before they run out. The seoksoe bulgogi hardens and becomes greasy as it cools, and the portion is on the small side.
