Guleume

Gurume is a hoe (raw fish) restaurant near Garosu-gil in Sinsa, Seoul, serving aged hoe and seafood dishes. The thick aged hoe is eaten with vinegar-seasoned rice, seaweed, and avocado, and a seafood jjamppong ramen is also served. Some order assorted hoe (raw fish platter) together with daege ramen to cut the richness of the hoe. After 6 p.m. a wait forms and the room gets loud.
