Gangnam Samgyetang

Gangnam Samgyetang serves samgyetang near Exit 5 of Sinnonhyeon Station in Seoul. The clear soup uses Korean chicken stuffed with glutinous rice, jujube, and ginseng, and the menu also includes dak bokkeum and dakjuk with kimchi and kkakdugi. The dak bokkeum takes 20 to 30 minutes to cook, so it must be ordered in advance, and arriving late can mean a wait. The dining room is small, so a wait forms during lunch hours.
