Gangnam Hoechun Restaurant Raw Fish

Gangnam Hoechun Sikdang is a hoe restaurant in Gangnam, Seoul, serving a flounder and rockfish set, makhoe, and mulhoe. The flounder is sliced thick, the rockfish is chewy, and basic anju and side dishes are included. Seokkosi and assorted hoe are also on the menu, and the mulhoe uses a white broth instead of the usual red broth. Lunch and dinner menus are separate.
