Futoshi

Futosi is a Japanese restaurant in the basement of the Eunma shopping complex in Daechi-dong, Seoul, serving sushi and Japanese side dishes. Its signature dish, futomaki, is made to bring out the flavor of the ingredients rather than relying on strong seasoning. The futomaki can be eaten in the store or ordered for takeout. The shopping complex closes late, so the restaurant can be visited at late hours.
