Eunmajeon

Ibajieumsik Jeonmunjeom Eunmajeon sells jeon by the gram, priced per type, in the underground arcade of the Eunma Jonghap Sangga in Daechi-dong, Seoul. The jeon is cooked to order and served as soon as it comes off the griddle. On the day before holidays, the underground arcade fills with crowds as freshly grilled jeon keeps selling. The side dishes vary by menu item, and the service is lacking.
