Donjuneun Namja is a meat restaurant near Samseong Station in Seoul that grills Jeju pork. Thick pork collar and mixed cuts are served with meljeot and soy sauce for dipping. The owner par-cooks the meat, then staff finish grilling it at the table, so the wait after ordering is short. Prices are on the higher side.
