Don Premier

Don Premier is an Italian restaurant selling donkatsu and pasta in an underground dining area in Seoul that office workers visit. The sirloin and tenderloin donkatsu come out moist and crisp, served with salt and horseradish, and the lunch set includes salad, pasta, donkatsu, and two drinks. After ordering, the donkatsu arrives first and the pasta follows, creating a gap between dishes. Staff service is not smooth.
