Denki Ramen

Denki Ramen is a Japanese ramen shop near Exit 4 of Maebong Station in Dogok-dong, Seoul, serving iekei-style ramen. Its main menu is iekei ramen, which uses a Yokohama-style tonkotsu shoyu broth with thick noodles topped with spinach and nori, and it also offers niboshi iekei. The noodles are chewy and about the thickness of jjolmyeon, and the chashu comes in large pieces. The karaage falls short of its appearance in taste and has a dry texture.
