Daega is a mandu restaurant between Gangnam Station and Sinnonhyeon Station that serves North Korean-style hand mandu, knife-cut mandu, and mandu jeongol. The mandu, made with tofu, mung bean sprouts, and scallions, is lightly seasoned, and the broth, made with beef brisket, is clean and light. On weekdays before noon, there is usually no wait, and up to six cars can park in front of the shop. Adding noodles brings thin wheat noodles rather than kalguksu noodles.
